About
I am a music composer who blends elements of orchestral, acoustic, and electronic genres to create various sounds.
Hey there! My name is Frank and I'm a highly experienced composer and producer. I've been making music for over 30 years now and have a unique approach to production that combines my formal music education and knowledge of music technology with sound engineering.
I started my career as a classical guitarist in the late '80s and had the honor of performing as a soloist with the European Youth Orchestra in Germany and the Netherlands. After studying contemporary music with a renowned composer in London, I continued my education in composition at Middlesex University and began my career as a music producer in 1997. Over the years, I've had the pleasure of collaborating with a variety of artists and producing music across different genres, including Hip-Hop, Pop, and Rock.
In 2010, I completed my master's degree in Composing for Film and TV at Kingston University. My thesis, "The Impact of Emerging Technologies on Composers", explored how composers use technology in today's film music production. As a film music composer, I've had the opportunity to produce music for documentaries, commercials and TV channels such as Channel 4, Channel Five, and CNN. I also wrote soundtracks for short films that won international acclaim in London and New York.
For the last ten years, I've been mastering Music Technology using Logic Pro X, Ableton Live, and Bitwig Studio software and virtual orchestra. I believe that today's composers need to be skilled in both sound engineering and music technology, and I continue to compose and produce music for film, documentary, TV, and Library Music in London.
I'm always looking for new and exciting projects to work on and I would love to hear from you. Let's make some music together!
